Shipping
Shipping will be conducted using USPS, unless otherwise requested by the customer at the time of order. If requesting an alternate shipping method such as FEDEX or UPS, the customer will be requested to pay additional shipping charges or provide account information for shipping. Johnson BMX is not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments due to inaccurate shipping information. Returns
Customers are required to pay return shipping via USPS for all product returns, including warranty items. If item is a warranty return, the subsequent return shipping to the customer is the responsibility of Johnsonbmx.com
